Julio Zatina of Bridgeview, Illinois was killed while driving a UPS semi truck on Interstate 80-90 east of Chesterton, Indiana. Julio was traveling east when an empty horse trailer came loose from a Suburban traveling west. The trailer then hopped a median and hit the semi, causing the truck to lose control and cross several lanes before ending up in a ditch. Mr. Zatina died at the scene of blunt force injuries.
