While sitting in slow moving traffic on I-65, north of Indianapolis, 45 year old Teresa Oliver of Lafayette, Indiana was rear ended by a driver who became distracted while using his cell phone. After being rear ended, Teresa's car spun and came to rest against a guard rail. Teresa and her passenger had to be extracted from the vehicle. Teresa died at the scene and her passenger was transported to an Indianapolis hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
