One person is dead and a trucking company is scrambling to get a permit to move the oversized load that caused the fatality. Indianapolis based Poindexter Transportation owned the semi driven by Donald Taylor, Jr. that caused the six vehicle pileup. The accident occurred on the far Westside on I-70 near I-465. Taylor's oversized load struck and moved concrete barriers into the westbound lane. One vehicle was able to avoid the barriers. Unfortunately, Judson D. Dye, Indianapolis, rear ended that vehicle and was subsequently rear ended by another semi. Dye died as a result of the crash.
