Kelly L. Goodwin - Senior Paralegal
Kelly is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and has been a member of the Wagner Reese & Crossen team since November of 2000. She has worked as a personal injury litigation paralegal for more than twenty-five years. Her background is as follows: Education: Parkway South Senior High School, 1983; St. Louis University, B.A., Psychology, 1987 ; St. Louis University School of Law, 1987-1988. Legal Experience: Paralegal, Newman & Bronson, Attorneys at Law, St. Louis, MO, 1985-2000. Kelly's emphasis is in personal injury litigation. Lindsey Hayes - Paralegal
Lindsey graduated from high school at Hamilton Heights. She received her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies at International Business College in 2005. Ms. Hayes has been with Wagner Reese & Crossen for 5 years. Ms. Hayes is a paralegal for attorneys Trevor Crossen and Judy Pippin focusing on Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury. Ms. Hayes has one son, Karsten Noah, born on December 5, 2009 and currently resides in Noblesville. In her spare time, Ms. Hayes loves spending time with her son, staying active in sports, visiting family and friends, decorating and trying new things. Michele Stratis - Paralegal
Michele grew up in Michigan and worked with several large transportation corporations throughout the Midwest in sales, marketing, and payroll. While at Dart Transit in Eagan, Minnesota, she met and married Chuck Stratis, who is the In-House Claims Executive for Wagner Reese & Crossen. She obtained her paralegal degree and worked at a Personal Injury law firm for 8 years before joining the team at Wagner Reese and Crossen in 2009. Michele is a part-time paralegal and assistant for Chuck in Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation claims.

Joni Wiley - Legal Assistant
Joni Wiley grew up in Carmel, Indiana, where she graduated from Carmel High School. Immediately following high school, Joni attended Indiana University and received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Gender Studies with a minor in Spanish and psychology.
In August 2009, Ms. Wiley joined the staff of Wagner Reese & Crossen, LLP, specializing in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases. Ms. Wiley currently resides in Carmel, Indiana near her family, including her twin sister, Erica, who is currently attending IU School of Law. Julia Jermakova - Legal Assistant
Julia is originally from Latvia and in 2003, right after finishing high school in her home country, she moved to United States. Julia is fluent in English, Russian and Latvian. She has been working in the legal field for the past 4 years and was able to obtain experience in various areas of law gaining the ability to provide the necessary and effective assistance to each respective attorney she currently assists. Julia joined the WRC team as a Legal Assistant in 2009 and is currently specializing in Worker's Compensation and Personal Injury cases.

Jamie Polk - Paralegal
Jamie is a recent addition to Wagner Reese & Crossen. She has over thirty years of experience and works with Attorney Stephen Wagner, concentrating in the areas of Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice. She received her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from University of Indianapolis and continued her education at Indiana Wesleyan University with a concentration in Business Administration. Elisa Salinas - Paralegal
Elisa G. Salinas is originally from Houston, Texas, until relocating to the Indianapolis area in 2002. Elisa has experience in handling Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and litigation matters. Elisa is fluent in Spanish and volunteers her time in and around the Latino community. Elisa is the paralegal to Jason Reese and assists him in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice matters. Danielle Marganti - Office Administrator
Danielle Marganti joined the firm in August 2010 as an intake coordinator for Wagner Reese & Crossen. In January 2010, Danielle was promoted to Office Administrator. She grew up in Fishers, Indiana with her parents and two older brothers. Immediately following high school, Danielle attended Northern Illinois University and, in August 2010, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in public relations with a minor in sociology.

Tracy Berling - File Clerk

Heather Sanning - Intake Coordinator

Mary McGraw - New Business & Marketing Director
Mary joined the team of Wagner Reese & Crossen in October 2008. Prior to working at WRC, she worked in the area of social services, specifically serving the Hispanic population of Marion County. The addition of Mary meant the creation of a new position for the firm. While her role is varied, her main function is to handle all of the firm's marketing and advertising including community involvement, attorney referrals and Spanish-speaking clients.
