Kelly is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and has been a member of the Wagner Reese & Crossen team since November of 2000. She has worked as a personal injury litigation paralegal for more than twenty-two years. Her background is as follows: Education: Parkway South Senior High School, 1983; St. Louis University, B.A., Psychology, 1987 ; St. Louis University School of Law, 1987-1988. Legal Experience: Paralegal, Newman & Bronson, Attorneys at Law, St. Louis, MO, 1985-2000. Kelly's emphasis is in personal injury litigation. Lindsey Hayes - Legal Assistant

Lindsey Hayes grew up in Cicero, Indiana, where she graduated from Hamilton Heights High School. Immediately following high school, Lindsey attended International Business College and received an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies.

In August 2005, Ms. Hayes joined the staff of Wagner Reese & Crossen, LLP specializing in worker's compensation, personal injury, and medical malpractice cases.

Ms. Hayes currently resides in Noblesville, Indiana, with her two boxers. She recently became an aunt with the arrival of her niece, Peyton Alexis, in September 2007. Cindy Hulse - Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Cindy Hulse is a Receptionist and Legal Assistant for Wagner Reese & Crossen. She assists the attorneys and staff with administrative duties, accounts payable, special projects and all office-related functions. Cindy grew up in Virginia and now makes her home in Fishers, Indiana. Prior to joining Wagner Reese & Crossen in October 2005, Cindy enjoyed a successful career for over 25 years in office administration. When not working, Cindy enjoys reading, cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.

Courtney Keller - Paralegal

Courtney Keller grew up in Galveston, Indiana where she attended Lewis Cass High School. Immediately following graduation she attended Indiana University where she received an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in 2002. Ms. Keller was a legal assistant for Donald J. Bolinger Law Firm in Kokomo, Indiana from 2000 to 2003. In May of 2003 she joined Wagner Reese & Crossen, LLP. Amy Mayfield - Paralegal

Amy Mayfield grew up in Bloomington, Indiana where she attended Bloomington High School South. Immediately after graduation from high school, she served in the United States Marine Corps from 1989-1992. After discharge from the service, she returned to Bloomington, Indiana where she attended Indiana University.

Ms. Mayfield's legal experience began as a Deputy Clerk in the Monroe County Clerks office and continued when she joined the Bloomington Police Department as a Records Clerk. Stefanie L. Mehl - Legal Assistant 

Stefanie L. Mehl grew up in Goshen Indiana and attended Goshen High School where she graduated with honors in 2001. Ms. Mehl graduated from Indiana University with B.A. in Communications and Legal Studies. Ms. Mehl is currently attending Indiana University enrolled in the Paralegal Studies program. Ms. Mehl has been accepted to the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis where she begins classes in the fall. Ms. Mehl worked for the Elkhart County Prosecutor's office as an intern from 1999-2001. Ms. Mehl worked for Honorable Judge Terry Shewmaker throughout the summers of 2001-2006. Ms. Mehl joined the law firm of Wagner Reese & Crossen in May of 2007 working as a legal assistant in areas of new business, worker's compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice. Ms. Mehl currently lives in Zionsville with her Maltese, Ellie Mae. Ms. Mehl enjoys playing golf and skiing as well as visiting her family in Northern Indiana. Kathleen K. Schwab - Paralegal

Kathleen graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Music Education degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where she was also a member of The Ohio State University Marching Band. Upon graduation, she taught elementary music for 3 years and was a high school band director in southern Ohio for two years.

In 1998, Kathleen became a Certified Paralegal upon graduation from Capital University Law School's American Bar Association Accredited Paralegal Program.

Since moving to Indiana in 2001, Kathleen has worked for Wilson Kehoe & Winingham, from 2000-2003, and Threlkeld Reynolds, LLP from 2003-2006. She joined Wagner Reese & Crossen in June 2006. Kathleen's nearly 10 years of paralegal experience includes both Plaintiff and Defendant litigation for personal injury, construction site negligence, and wrongful death cases. While working for Wagner Reese & Crossen, Kathleen's focus has been Plaintiff's medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury litigation.
